1.Visa

We strongly advise all federations to verify well in advance whether they need a visa for entry into Austria. All federations which require entry VISAS to Austria can obtain it from the Embassy or Consulate of Austria abroad before arrival to Austria. Participants who will issue visas through Embassy or Consulate of Austria abroad and need visa support letter are kindly requested to complete appropriate Visa Support Form and return it to the Organizing Committee (office@shootingpark.at).

2.Gun License

All athletes must declare all the firearms and ammunition to be brought into Austria and return to the Organizing Committee the Firearm and Ammunition Form. European Union Nationals holding an “European Firearms Pass” need this document to entry Austria and a personalized invitation letter.

European Union Nationals without an “European Firearms Pass” need their National Gun License to entry Austria and a personalized invitation letter. The Organizing Committee will prepare the personalized invitation letter for all participants.

The custom authorities will allow all participating athletes to import with them all the necessary ammunition that will be used for the competition, however for the convenience of the shotgun athletes, different types of well-known brands will be available for sale at the shooting range at approximately EUR 6.00 – 12.00 per box.
