FORMALITIES
1.1. ENTRY VISAS
Cyprus is a full member of the European Union and we strongly advise all participants originating from countries which are not members of the European Union, to verify well in advance whether they need a visa for entry into Cyprus. The visas must be obtained from a Cyprus Embassy or Consulate abroad prior to arrival. The federation CSSF will be ready to supply to the participants applying for a visa, any necessary documentation.
No Siegen visas are acceptable in Cyprus, unless they have been activated prior to the arrival in Cyprus.
Detailed information regarding visas and formalities for entry into Cyprus can be found in the website of the Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs, www.mfa.gov.cy, at the 'Consular Information" and "Travel Information for Foreign Visitors" subsections.

All information are available on the website of the Cypriot Embassy in Moscow on this link.
2. SHOTGUN CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Upon arrival at Larnaca or Paphos airports, shooters not holding an ‘European Firearms Certificate’ must present to customs (Red Channel) the completed official shotgun & ammunition form (available on this link), in order to obtain a temporary shotgun import permit for the duration of their stay in Cyprus.
Shooters holding a ‘European Firearms Certificate’ should not fill in the official shotgun and ammunition form. They must present their Certificate at customs (Red Channel) and simply verify the serial numbers of their shotguns only.
The temporary shotgun import permits or the ‘European Firearms Certificates’ must be represented to customs at the special luggage office of the airport, at the time of departure after check-in.
