FORMALITIES

A. Holders of the European Gun Permit for a EU Citizens

1. The shooter enters to the event on www.fitasc.com;
2. The shooter downloads the non nominative invitation letter (click on this link to download the invitation letter);
3. The shooter prints & fills in the invitation with his name and address;
4. The shooter informs the border police (at the Airport)  when entering Czech Republic that he is carrying the gun(s) and/or ammunition with him and shows to the police the above documents:

• European Gun Permit;
• Entry confirmation;
• and notarized invitation duly filled in) with the gun(s) for inspection.

B. Non-Holders of the European Gun Permit (Residents outside the EU)

1. The shooter registers to the event on www.fitasc.com;
2. The shooter receives by email the confirmation of his entry to the event from the FITASC.
3. The shooter downloads the non nominative invitation letter (click on this link to download the invitation letter);
4. The shooter prints & fills in the invitation with his name & address;
5. The shooter downloads (on this link) prints & fills the firearm import form ZPL
6. The shooter applies for ZPL:

• either at the Czech Embassy in his country of residence (strongly recommended),
• or at the Czech border with above documents;

In case the shooter gets his/her ZPL at the Embassy he must show the gun(s) and all the documents for inspection by the border police on crossing the Czech border (Airport).

The invitation is only valid for:

• importing shotgun(s) and ammunition,
• and for visa obtention (if necessary, please send a request for original letter of invitation by email to stenglova@asat.cz
