2/ Invitation letter

3/ Formulaire d'importation d'arme à feu

You can proceed to the Firearm Import Form Application on this link.

Make sure all details match your passport and firearm documents exactly to avoid processing delays.

This application must imperatively made before 15 October. The organizer will then send you by email (to the email address you will indicate during the process to request the Firearm Import Form) the permit .

Applications submitted after the deadline may not be accepted, and late approvals cannot be guaranteed.

After Clearance of the customs, a delegate from the organizing committee will transport the firearm to the club storage facilities, we encourage any change in flights to inform prior as we will follow all the details provided on the import permit form.

All Shooters can opt to use the complimentary BUS service from the Airports (Abu Dhabi and Dubai) to their respective hotels which were proposed in the FREE SHUTTLE service in the competition Brochure. The bus's timing will be finalized after the registration is closed, so we can plan a smooth and less wasting time for all the shooters using the service.
