FORMALITIES

All athletes must declare all the firearms and ammunition to be brought into Brazil. The custom authorities can allow all participating athletes to import with them some ammunition that will be used for the competition, however for the convenience of the shotgun athletes, different types of well-known brands will be available for sale at the shooting range at approximately €11.00 per box (25)

The following documentation for the import of Shotguns in Brazil must be sent in advance by email to: fgct@fgct.com.br to request authorization for entry by the Brazilian army:

• Foreign athlete's passport copy;
• Shotguns registration and / or transport document copy;
• Copy of applicant's air ticket (with arrival date and departure date from Brazil)

Permit value for foreigners u$ -60.00

Attention: Required documentation for foreign admission of weapons which must be sent urgently

ACCESS

Airports

Porto Alegre - Aeroporto Salgado Filho is 70kms from Shooting Club. It is the best way to come to Brazil, because Brazilian Army will be waiting with Shotguns permits when shooters will arrive here.

Air Companys

TAP Airlines have flights directly from Portugal (Europe) to Porto Alegre;

Avianca/TACA Airlines have flight from Lima (Peru) directly to Porto Alegre;

Copa Airlines have flight from USA directly to Porto Alegre;

São Paulo - Aeroporto Guarulhos, after arrive there, must take another plane to Porto Alegre.
