Non nominative invitation letter (download here)

 

1. Shooters resident in EU countries :

Must present at the customs at the arrival in Spain:

- The non nominative invitation letter printed and filled (download here) ;

- The European Firearm Card.

 

2. Shooters resident in NON-EU countries :

2.1. Firearm Importation Form

Shooters must download and fill the Firearm Importation Form (download here).

Shooters will also have to pay fees for the importation and insurance of the firearm, to be paid by bank transfer to Finca Valquemado Shooting Ground:

Amount to pay: 19,68€

Note: this only includes the firearms fee and does not include any insurance

You will have to send to the organizer by email (campeonatoeuropeo@fincavalquemado.com) the Firearms Import Form filled, a copy of your passport and proof of payment of import fees before March 10, 2025.

2.2 Documents to present at the customs:

Must present at the customs at the arrival in Spain:

- The non nominative invitation letter printed and filled (download here);

- Copy of your passport;

- Copy of your Firearm Importation Form (download here);

- Authorization for the entry of weapons issued by the Civil Guard that will be sent to the shooters by email once issued.

 

3.  Form 790

We inform you that all shooters leaving Spain by air, transporting their shotguns are required to pay the "Tax 790" by €3.93 to obtain authorization for the transport of firearms, both nationally and internationally.

 

Below, the direct link to the official Spanish government website so you can digitally complete the form and make the corresponding payment.

Please see below how to fill the document:

 

1/ Page "Inicio": 

• If Spanish: select "NIF"
• If not, select "Extranjero"

 

2/ "Datos de Identificacion":

• "Nombre": mention your last name;
• "Primer apellido": mention your first name;
• Calle/Plaza/Avda: select the good information;
• Domicilio - calle o plaza y numero: your address;
• Domicilio - localidad: your city address ;
• Codigo Postal : Postal Code

 

3/ "Expedicion de guias y otras autorizaciones"

• Select the section 19 "guías de circulación y transporte nacional y transporte aéreo nacional o extranjero";

 

4/ "Autorizacion de poligonos"

• On the section 26, select the option "Ninguno"

 

5/"Forma de pago"

• On the section 27, select "en efecto" if you wish to pay at the airport in cash, select "E.C. Adeudo en cuenta" if you wish to pay by bank transfer and input your Iban

 

Be careful: cash payments at the airport can cause delays due to staff shortages. To avoid inconveniences, we advise you to choose payment by bank transfer ("Adeudo en cuenta" option).
